VEHICLE - Mark kicked off the show today with The Ides of March, and here they are performing the song on Upbeat
MISTER YOU'RE A BETTER MAN THAN I - Mark played this New Colony Six tune in first set and clarified the rumor that they shared digs with the Raiders in Hollywood. Below, looking very "Raider-y", they appear on the local Chicago TV Show, Mulqueen's Kiddie A-Go-Go, where they performed I LIE AWAKE.
GROOVY SITUATION - For the second set, Mark selected this Gene Chandler hit. Earlier, Gene broke out with THE DUKE OF EARL
BOOM BOOM - Mark played this Shadows of Knight cover in set number 3. Please enjoy them below on local Chicago TV performing SHAKE
SWEET HOME CHICAGO - Mark played Jake and Elwood aka the Blues Brothers in Set 4
WICKED WICKED WOMAN - Mark chose this Tommy Sands and The Raiders' 1958 tune (written by Hal Blaine) for the fifth set, and told the story of Hal crediting Tommy for his big break into the rock and roll studio scene. (Note: NOT the Raiders you're familiar with!)

SOULFUL STRUT - Mark played this Young-Holt Unlimited song in Set Six, and told the story of how the track actually came from a Chicago soul singer's record, with the piano replacing Barbara Acklin's voice.
THE REVOLUTION WILL NOT BE TELEVISED - Mark played this Gil Scott-Heron tune in the seventh set today.
COME BACK MUDDY - Mark picked this Buddy Guy Tribute to his friend and mentor, Muddy Waters, to close the show.
