This week is National Give A Dog A Bone Week - designed to raise awareness (and funds) to help with the medical and food needs of homeless dogs, and since the cats of childless (and other) ladies have been all over the news this week, we're turning the show over to the canines and felines.
So today, Mark will play 2 hours of the best American music

I'LL BE DOGGONE - Mark opened the show with the Raiders and a song they frequently played at a lot of their very early gigs, which led to it being recorded for their second Columbia Records album, JUST LIKE US. You can get a copy of the JLU CD with bonus tracks, personally autographed to you, HERE.

HOT DOG - Mark actually played The Archies in the third set, a fun 60s ditty that was an ode to Jughead's English Sheepdog. That's Ron Dante on lead, with Toni Wine and Andy Kim on backgrounds.
