Welcome to Mark Lindsay's Official Website

When you flipped on the TV in the 60's, his face was on the screen before you knew it. If you tuned into the radio, it wasn't long before you heard his voice coming over the airwaves. If a concert tour was coming to your town, chances are that it included Paul Revere & the Raiders, the group which featured Mark Lindsay as co-founder, lead singer, and sax player. And if you picked up a teen magazine, it was only a question of how many pages were devoted to Mark's pictures and articles. He was everywhere, it seemed, but as his publicist Derek Taylor (formerly of Beatles' employ) stated at that time, "Mark Lindsay is the ultimate in the unattainable." It's been 40-some years since the Summer of Love, and one of the things we never could have imagined during those halcyon days was the extraordinary invention known as the internet, with the amazing communication opportunities that it could offer. Thanks for stopping by and staying in touch! |

Mark has retired from touring, and instead spends a great deal of his time these days concentrating on radio. In addition to his Portland, Oregon show (which you can hear online at KHITS and on AOL Radio), he's working on a syndicated version of his show. |
