This is our most recent album purchase. We heard "Sleeping with a Friend" on the radio, and bought the album immediately. That doesn't happen very often! As Mark fans, you'll most likely LOVE the lead singer's (Tyler Glenn) phrasing, breathiness, and the way he holds his notes. It's very reminiscent of Mark's, such that if I heard it on the radio without knowing what Mark was up to, I'd listen for a minute to see if, maybe....
And how can you not appreciate lyrics like "it takes a vivisection just to understand your heart" (Love In the 21st Century)? Especially if you've grown up on gems like "Polyglas shoes for traction" (The Judge)? And his oooh-oooh's are ALMOST on a par with the master! ~ Deb
