I am also a fan of Paul Revere and The Raiders and when I heard of Paul's passing I became heartbroken because I was hoping to go to a concert of them now I feel as though I have lost my chance.

This pic is the band i saw in 67 with Roy Head and Billy Joe Royal opening for the Raiders. Met Mark and Paul afterwards at their hotel . You gents were very kind and inspiring to a young musician. Glad to see you are still gigging as am i. Some of the best memories of my life. Thanks mark and Paul.

The nightly news was ending, when the news of Paul's passing was the
last news item. I thought "How sad.I know Paul worked every day of his
life, only he & Our Creator know all he accomplished. It all came down to a footnote on national news.Three sentences tops. Turning the channel, I felt cheated,as so much more should have been said.
But that's show biz, right? The eulogy is for the services.Still, all those years of work, ending in three sentences....Good journey home,Paul. Things are gonna ROCK THE HOUSE NOW!!!! Kelly Lee Davis.

Mark:

When you were with the raiders where did your group get your outfits that you wore? Me and my boyfriend are thinking about starting a tribute band featuring the raiders songs We really like the white outfits with the black trim that you wore on the Ed Sullivan Show with the black boots and in the above picture. And also where did you get your hats? We have been checking costume shops but so far nothing comes close to what your group wore. Please advise. Thanks.

Mark'
I just read a book about Charles Manson mentioning Terry Melcher. I watched all the old videos going down memory lane with the greatest enjoyment. It was great growing up to your music. It was nice meeting you in Chattanooga and then Cincinnati years later. I also miss Paul Revere. I didn't know of his death until viewing Youtube. I've also listened to some Brotherhood videos. Now I see how Jimi Hendrix got his style. I hope I'll be ableto see you at the Happy Together Tour in Kettering, OH in August. Would you happening to. Comming to any festivals in Cincinnati? around.
