SANTA MAKE ME GOOD - Mark started the show with a song he recorded with The Grip Weeds. It's from their 2013 UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF CHRISTMAS album, and you can get it HERE.
THE DECEMBERISTS - Mark discovered this Portland band a few years ago in a roundabout way - he picked up a copy of this book by Colin Meloy, loved his writing style, and discovered he was also a musician. He played THE SPORTING LIFE TODAY at the top of the first set. You can find out more about Colin's imaginative books HERE.
PSYCHEDELIC SHACK - Mark opened the third set with this Temptations song from 1970. Listen to the intro on the Temps' song (here's an extended length version)....and then listen to the intro on The Raiders' CINDERELLA SUNSHINE from 1969. Hmmm.
VALLEY FORGE - Mark ended the third set with this thinly-veiled anti-war protest song from the Raiders' 1967 Christmas Present...and Past album.

VANILLA FUDGE - Mark opened the seventh set with I'M A BELIEVER, from Vanilla Fudge's 2015 SPIRIT OF '67 album.
