SNOWBOUND SELECTIONS
This weekend, commiserating with the folks from the California mountains to DownEast Maine who are getting buried in snow, Mark is playing the COLD version of Desert Island Discs - Snowbound Selections - the music he'd want with him if he were snowbound right now.

HIM OR ME - The show opened with this Raider hit, and Mark told the story of the first "group" to immediately cover the song. If you can find a copy, good luck!
LONG TALL SALLY - Mark started today's first set with Little Richard's version of Long Tall Sally, and talked about the chart battle he had with Pat Boone, who covered it immediately for all the folks who were afraid of Little Richard.
The first video is a spoof, but if you watch the two videos that follow it, you'll see that it isn't too far off from the reality!
LOUIE GO HOME - Mark included The Grip Weeds version of this early Raider tune in Set 6. Here they are doing it live...and you can find out more about it (and their DIG album) right HERE!
